Dave Starnes, franchise owner/home inspector, retired from the United States Army after 26 years. He began a career as a high school teacher in Hawaii and started his own general contractor/handyman service business for a property management company. Along with his wife, Lori Starnes, who has 30 years of marketing and operations management experience, we are proud franchise owners of Pillar To Post Home Inspectors located in Clarksville, TN, and Southern Kentucky. Lori was born In Clarksville and wanted to come home so we chose this beautiful city to start our small business in. We have two children both who serve in the Army and 2 grandchildren. We are sports enthusiasts and enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with our two amazing dogs, Zeke (Jack Russell Terrier) and Zoey (Border Collie). Clarksville’s warm southern hospitality has welcomed us home and allowed us to enjoy being closer to family and friends.

Shannon Kelley

Client Relations Specialist

Shannon Kelley was born in Clarksville TN and grew up in Illinois. She currently resides in East Earl, PA with her husband of 25 years and their three golden doodles. Before joining The Starnes Team, Shannon was a Dairy Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market and before that taught Kindergarten. Shannon enjoys being involved with her five children and eight grandchildren, loving on her fur babies, and riding in her jeep.

David Bosanko

Home Inspector TN and KY

David Bosanko has called Clarksville Tennessee his home since his father was stationed at Ft. Campbell in 1999. Before joining the Starnes Team, David worked in retail management for 8 years. David enjoys family time with his wife Alexandria and two daughters Madeline and Lynden. In his free time, David likes to cook, grill, and take his family on adventures outdoors whether it’s canoeing, hiking, camping, or fishing.
